RPG Dice - Concept Sculpts
These 3 characters were some of our oldest in the game that I was tasked with making more appealing to the current player base. Each of them I did a new head sculpt, and some a full body rework as well in 1-2 days.

Pretty strongly based on the original concept, except for the face, which I made myself. The original had her eyes covered, which we later used that design for floating medusa heads instead.

One of my absolute favorite characters to make. When we pitched it as a team, it was "Legendary Gila Monster" and he was a ton of fun to sculpt.

Often times I was given a fair amount of free reign with character direction based on a concept. A lot of times our 3D models would read differently in the mobile space and I worked hard to make sure everything was clear to the player. I focused on contrasting color and overall appeal to make our characters stand out in a crowded market.
