The process in mobile games is fast and loose, and I often tried to find time where I could to improve our fidelity and appeal. Typically given 1-2 days for polish or head sculpts, I made the most of my time to focus on the details I felt were important, and left other areas more simplistic, where I could hand paint in detail later.
