In DICE RPG: Heroes of Whitestone, I was tasked to make several key characters for the games including some of its bosses. The pitch for this one was like an anglerfish, with a decoy on the head that the player talks to throughout the campaign until it is revealed to be a much larger being. I worked with the concept artist to bring about this final look.
Character is a digital sculpt baked to a low poly and handpainted touchup with no normal maps.
